Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Vyora Growth Academy ("we", "us", "our"), we strive to deliver premium e-learning course packages, interactive workshops, certifications, and white-label business licensing systems.

Since all our products are intangible digital goods, they are delivered instantly via digital streaming, dashboard activation, or electronic downloads. Therefore, our cancellation and refund practices are governed by the strict digital asset guidelines outlined below.

2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Packages

Because our course content, video lectures, source codes, marketing matrices, and dashboard setups represent proprietary intellectual property that is unlocked immediately upon purchase, we enforce a strict NO-REFUND policy.

Once a transaction is successfully completed, your credentials generated, and your package activated:

  • No partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Purchases cannot be downgraded to cheaper packages for refunds.
  • Commissions disbursed under our 5-Level MLM Affiliate Matrix on your purchase are immediate and non-reversible, preventing any refund capability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Automatic Activation: Our checkout and enrollment integration automatically registers and provisions your account. We cannot cancel or stop this digital delivery process mid-transit.
  • Affiliate Matrix Locks: Your position, sponsor attribution, and commission allocations are locked into the database ledger system immediately upon payment confirmation. This cannot be modified or deleted.

4. Troubleshooting & Delivery Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the services you paid for. If you face any of the following issues, we will verify your transaction and resolve them within 24-48 hours:

  • Payment Deducted, Access Not Unlocked: If money was deducted from your bank account but your LMS dashboard shows you as unenrolled, please send us your payment receipt/transaction ID. We will manually unlock your dashboard access.
  • Technical Issues: For any server side errors, login credentials issues, or video playback bugs, contact our technical support team immediately for prompt resolution.
